$100 /flatBaseline cut for overgrown or neglected lots. Best for move-outs. *Note: We do not haul away trash or large debris.
Reporting & Field Rules
- Photo Evidence You get a photo pack with every visit showing the street sign, house number, and the finished work.
- Access & Security We have a protocol for lockbox/code coordination. All gates are physically latched and locked before we leave.
- Package Protection We move any delivered packages out of plain sight to help prevent theft at vacant homes.
- Maintenance Alerts If we spot a broken pipe or trash dumped on the lawn, we text you immediately.
- Lot Size Verification We verify lot dimensions via public records to ensure property falls within standard pricing tiers.
We measure grass height from the highest point of the yard (the crown), not from the street gutter or curb. We adjust equipment height on the fly to keep the lawn healthy and green.
